A Punch of COLOR Never Hurt Anyone!

 Its amazing how well this room is put together with just the right amount of crazy.  But there sure is a lot going on… the rug, chair, pops of yellow, bamboo nigh stand, the pouf, headboard, screen divider… and it goes on!  I don’t know if I could pull off this much layering….

Great Use of a Wall Divider

I thought this bedroom was absolutely darling! I am kinda in love. I don’t know where I found it (bummer #1) and I don’t know who designed it (bummer #2).
1. Love the side tables and the symmetry – down to the matching wood lamps and matching pictures framing the bed.
2. That vintage screen/room divider as a head board. This is so easy too! All you need to do is search craigslist or a flea market – and find an awesome screen. Clean it really well and sand any rough spots out. Then, spray a coat of Kilz primer on it. Let that dry and then spray paint the color of your choice. 2 coats should be good – and give it some good dry-time in between coats.
